My life in Nepal began in 1988, with what was supposed to be a month long assignment. I ended up staying there for more than four years. Working as a photographer for various relief associations, and producing books and magazine articles, I became captivated by the magic of Asia. Every morning, even before opening my eyes, I’d wake up and think, “This is exactly what I want to be doing, exactly where I want to be living.”
